Meet Rosita Lawrence. She is the founder of Earthbyroro, a natural plant-based beauty business based in Brooklyn, NY. Earthbyroro was created in 2020 to ease the effects of irritating skin conditions Rosita developed in her late 30’s. Her goal is to help women feel beautiful and smell luxurious.

With a background in psychology, Rosita’s experience aids her in finding innovative ways to promote self-care by way of her aromatherapy-focused products.
