Shipping Policy

What is your U.S. shipping policy?

Purchases with a subtotal of $50 and over qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. (via USPS, excluding taxes and after promotional codes are applied). For all other orders, the shipping cost and shipping carrier will be calculated based on shipping speed and delivery location.

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship within the US including Hawaii and Alaska. We plan to open our shipping territories as we grow.

When will my order ship?

Orders are generally fulfilled one to three business days after an order has been placed.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with details of your order including tracking information. (Check your spam in case you haven't heard from us!)

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, we offer same day local delivery in Brooklyn, NY.

$20 same day local delivery on pre-tax orders of $50-$100

$15 same day local delivery on pre-tax orders of $100-$250

Complimentary same day local delivery on all orders over $250 before tax

Once you’ve selected same day local delivery, we will be in contact via email or phone to coordinate your delivery.

What if my package is lost, stolen or missing?

Once your order has been successfully dispatched and in possession of the selected carrier for delivery, Melanin Grace is not responsible if the package is lost, misplaced, or stolen. However, we will assist you in filling a claim. Please email hello@melaningracebk.com for instructions.
