Return Policy

For your convenience Melanin Grace offers our customers the option to return unopened and unused products within 15 days after purchase for a store credit only. However, certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to "Final Sale" items and certain other items). Please note we do not accept returns or refunds on trial sizes/kits, samples sizes, or mini kits. Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are not eligible for return. Site-wide promotional sales (Black Friday and Cyber Monday) are not eligible for return/refund.

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a store credit equal to the purchase price, less shipping. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in new, unused condition, or gently used. Gently used condition means that not more than 2% of the product was used. Specifically the product must be in its original packaging to ensure full credit. Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Melanin Grace will be accepted for a return. Any unconfirmed products or products outside of the return window will not be accepted.

Melanin Grace monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns. An authorization number will be emailed to you after the return has been approved. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless we made an error.

After your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and a store credit will be issued. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of retum. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount issued for the store credit. Shipping fees can not be refunded.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges, but we are glad to assist you in returning your order and completing a new order for the new item(s) you want with a store issued credit.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND/OR PACKAGING CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. Melanin Grace reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for returns in violation of this Refund Policy including items returned damaged or missing packaging or documentation.

Any product that is delivered defective may be sent back to us for a full refund or replacement if the product is available.

Items shipped to Melanin Grace outside of the returns window, not in new or gently used condition without the appropriate documentation may not be credited back or returned to you. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

IN ADDITION, WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT A PURCHASED PRODUCT THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WAS ORDERED THROUGH THE USE OF A ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE ANY SUCH RETURN OR OFFER ANY REFUND AND/OR TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.
