Use day or night.
Face: Heat the oil in the palm of your hands, then apply to the damp face and neck. Ideal as a serum applied before your night moisturizer.
Hair:
- To nourish: apply on the parched tips, after the shampoo.
- To repair: apply before shampooing on dry hair and leave on for 30 minutes, the hair wrapped in a warm towel to allow better action of the oil.
- To protect: pamper your hair in summer by applying to dry hair before going swimming.
