- Use daily as a cleansing tool or 2-3 times a week depending on how often you want to exfoliate. - Wet the flat surface of the Mihakka then apply Alia deep cleanser or a cleanser of your choice. Holding the tool flat against the face, cleanse in circular motions, applying light pressure for the desired exfoliation. - After use, your Mihakka should be rinsed thoroughly and laid on its side to dry (flat surface facing upwards). - Clean once a week by washing with soap and warm water. - Your Mihakka should be sanitized 1-2x/month. You can boil it on a simmer for 90 seconds. - After your Mihakka begins to unravel, use the clay piece as a food scrubber.

Handmade and dyed in Marrakech, Morroco. Colors may vary depending on plant dyes available. Each Mihakka is unique and variations may occur.

Begin with a clean, moisturized face and neck. Always roll in an upward motion. Start on your neck first to clear the lymph passageways before rolling on your face. - Use over clean skin after prepping the face with Beauty Edit, multi-use bioactive dry oil, daily for 1-3 minutes. - Keep the tool flat against the face and begin with the forehead. Scrape in an upwards motion from the eyebrows to the hairline. - Move to the cheeks and scrape in an outwards motion starting from the crease of the nose until the ear. - Move to the jawline and use the end of the Gua Sha tool with the two curves. Start from the chin and scrape until the ear. Gently massage the Gua Sha tool into the ear to release tension. - For the under-eye area, very gently scrape the Gua Sha from the inner corner of the eye outwards to the temple. Because the area is so sensitive, it is important to only apply light pressure. - Jawline and Neck: Begin on the chin, work from the center outward and upward on the cheeks. Then at the center, make sweeping rolls under the chin towards the collar bone, working outwards to the sides of the neck. - To clean: Wash with warm water and with gentle soap. Let dry.
